Arrival Story:
I never have thought that I once be a proud Thai owner. well, I've wanted a new dog for years now and the I definitively wanted a rare breed dog. I was thinking of a Xoloitzcuintle, a mexican hairless. So I was searching for breeders for a long time, also at the German Club for exotic dog breeds. After searching for hour I decided to stop my dog search and go on a bit surfing on the web. So I visited the Homepage of a German Thai Ridgeback breeder. I thought I'm going to see beautiful dogs, because I know Thai Ridgebacks & also admire them, but then I saw Filou. And he wasn't only a beautiful dog, I felt in love at the first sight ;). He's a wonderful black dog directly imported from Thailand. I didn't even know that their are black once too. I read on the page that Filou was the father of a litter in the Czech Republic & after a lot of Emails, SMS and technical troubles I managed it to contact the breeder. And yes - there was one black female in the litter. But the breeder planed to keep her, so more SMS & Emails were sent & in the end the little girl was reserved for me. On 15th January we started our travel to Czech Republic, nearly to the Polish border & took my girl home. I couldn't believe it, after all those years I finally have my puppy! I called her "Sunee", because I thought she should have a Thai name. And "Sunee" means "good thing", so I thought this would be a good choise.
