Best Tricks:
Sitting, givin' paws and staying are old hat. But staying asleep ALL night, in the middle of the bed and not moving one bit is the best "trick". It takes practice but you have to be committed!

Arrival Story:
I had visited many Rotty dogs at the Rottweiler Rescue here in Upstate NY. But none just seemed like the one for me. I fell in love with all the ones I saw but until this one skinny little sassy girl came through the door had I felt that heart click. She is the one who picked me before I could even think about it. After one visit this purebred love sponge that had no home went from being called "Sweet Pea" by the kind foster mom, to Nadia. Nadia needed to have somemore time to get better after being so very skinny before she came home with me. So the very next weekend she had a new collar with her new name all her own. After visiting on weekends, over an hour away, for about two or three weeks Nadia got to come home with me. That was April 2001 and I can't imagine life without her.
