Hi pups! It's been awhile since I've written a diary entry, so thought it was about time that I did.

I can't believe that we're almost in the month of May! Where is this year going? It's spring, almost summer. Summer means lots of hot weather around here, so I can't say I am looking forward to that. I do love taking sun baths, but when it's so hot out... I just want to sit by a fan. Summer also means lots of bugs! I love chasing bugs. Especially spiders! Mom has to watch to make sure that I don't play with dangerous spiders, such as the black widow. The family has lots of BBQs in the summer, which is great! I always hope for handouts.

Another thing I love about this time of the year is we go on lots and lots of walks! I love taking walks. Mom and dad always praise me for being such a good little walker. I hardly ever get tired for being such a small pup. Mom rarely has to pick me up and hold me on a walk! I'd much rather trot along on my own four paws.

It's almost time for me to get my nails trimmed. Mom thinks they are getting too long again. Oh, how I hate getting my nails trimmed! But, at least they don't take me to Petco anymore to get it done. I hated going there! I get them trimmed here at home, usually by dad because I hold still for him better.
