Arrival Story:
Saw her adorable face and couldn't leave without her!
She basically picked me. Kira was a pet store/shelter RESCUE. I got my girl when she was about 10 weeks old & only weighed around 3 pounds. She was so tiny that she fit in the palm of my hands. I have to be honest here, she was definitely the most precious, adorable & sweet puppy I have ever seen. :o)

Kira is one special soul, with a spirit one can only dream to know. To be touched by her is to feel sudden joy & happiness. I have never known such a small brave, outgoing & funny girl. She loves to entertain everyone. Sometimes she's almost cat like when she rubs between your legs back & forth for attention or licks herself clean. I love to watch her roll around on her back when she feels good. Or getting excited with lips curled, showing her teeth-Smiling, sneezing, while moving side to side with her front legs spread down wide & rump in the air. I do believe she is one fantastic little fur kid! :o)

HELLO ALL... This weekend was a fantastic weekend for me... I got to go to the Evergreen State Fair & Show Off !!! My Mom & Dad took me to the 4-H Dog Barn at the fair, where I got to sit or lay on a bench for all the people passing by to see me... Lot's of people asked about me & wanted to know what kind of dog I am... Everyone thought I was very CUTE & FRIENDLY !!! Then my Mom & I got to compete in the Adult Day Contests... We did the Obedience Contest & the Costume Contest... I didn't do to well in the Obedience Contest just got a passing White Ribbon... It was a bit dull for my taste... I like the more fast paced activities, if you know what I mean... The most FUN of all was the Costume Contest where I got the BEST SHOWING Ribbon !!! Which was a very pretty Green for my performance with my mom & my Tigger Costume !!! So that's my great news for now, take care all... ~ Kira ~

Hi All... Today was a day of FUN-FUN-FUN-FUN-FUN !!! I got to go to Grandma's house and play all day outside in the warm SUN... Grandma has 4 dogs and they're all my good friends/pals... I love it there, it's always like a BIG PARTY... Running, playing with friends, chewing on lots of toys and eating yummy treats... I know we're going there the minute I feel the SUPER BIG SPEED BUMPS on my Grandma's street... I get so excited that I'm beside myself... Oh, my Grandma had a new friend staying over and it looked a lot like me, but bigger... She's a puppy still at 15 pounds and will get around 30 pounds when she's big... They call her a Whippet... She's sure fun to play with and RUNS SOOOOO FAST... Well that's my day... ~ Kira ~

My parents said I might start keeping a DIARY once in awhile... So I thought I'd start today. I had my 4th Agility class today. Boy it's sure great fun. Mom lets me jump, run fast, go through stuff, meet my friends about 8 of them and get a lot of treats if I do the right things.
It's a great life I have... I eat, potty, play & sleep... My mom is with me almost always & kisses/hugs/pets me all over constantly... She is over loving sometimes because I have a hard time catching my breath...
