Arrival Story:
My husband and I were in Idaho visiting friends and family over Labor Day weekend. We had discussed getting a dog in the future, but we weren't quite ready for the commitment. But then we saw Lazlo and it was love at first sight. He was only 5 weeks old and the only brindle in the litter. We talked it over, discussing the responsibility, and bought him about 30 minutes later. My mom said, "This is a bad idea." But it's been love ever since.

Bio:
Lazlo is an amazing dog. We didn't have any knowledge of pit bulls when we got him, but he has helped us become breed advocates. He is an excellent ambassador for the breed. He loves to meet strangers and always expects them to pet him and let him give them kisses. If his leash is dropped or his collar comes off accidentally, he lays down where he is. He loves to look up in the tree tops for squirrels and he'd love to catch one. We were a little worried he'd be jealous when we got our second dog Mia, but he actually seems a lot happier to have another dog in the family. We recently moved to Idaho where they get to run free a lot, no more apartment living! They're having a great time! Although Lazlo still likes to get in trouble sometimes, just to make it interesting.
