guess what happened to me!!:)

After my hospital stay, I come home and there are 2 kittens! Did I give birth to those? What happened to me? You know, no one is talking! I named them Lily and Rose - taking their names from SITC, you remember, Charlotte's two girls?!!? Well, if you didn't watch SITC, you wouldn't know. Either way, now, I have 2 kittens to raise!

They are adorable and a lot of fun. Last night we (Mom, Lily and I) couldn't find Rose! We called and Lily was so lonely without her sisfur. Rose, returned this morning......

We are watching the Chicago Bulls (NBA Playoffs) GO BULLS!!

I am doing well, the kittens are so cute and I love playing with them!

Have a great night!

Hello Fur Pals!

Those of you who have been in contact with my Mo know what happened. Thank You for your support! My Mom and I both appreciate it and now, we know who our furiends are! Again, Thank You so much for your support!

My stomach decided to do a 1/2 turn and instead of turning around - immediately, it decided to just hang 1/2 around. My Mom's first Doberman had this happen and it is NOT something you forget. I spent a little over 6 days away. I'm now back to 100% and I am a little weak, I am getting stronger everyday. Mom got me 2 kittens and this has made me very happy! Mom is not letting me out of her sight:0]

I'm taking it easy.

It's great to be here and being with my Mom!

I left my Mom today. One day after her Mom left her and 39 years! Please don't respond to this as we won't be back on Dogster.

Life was just too rough for me and my heart just stopped. Maybe it was being a Royal Member, don't know but probably not.

A very great day!

My Gotcha' Day was a great day! After we did everything we needed to do, we went home and Mom made my dinner. We had beef tenderloin. It was pretty good and for dessert - there were those scrumptious brownies. If you put into your search engine 'Dog Chocolate Toxicity Meter', you will get the same link my Mom went to. So, you can give us chocolate - that delectable treat! My Mom wasn't surprised to see the high levels of toxicity for dark and semi-sweet chocolate and they taste awful to boot, but, white chocolate doesn't have any effect! Guess the saying 'if it's white it's gotta be right' is true! My day was delicious!

We would like to thank some additional pals -

Fizzy, the Family of Charlie, Abby and more!, the Family of Redford and more!, Alexandra, Harley Diva Girl, Jazzi Danz'r, Riley and Jenny.

Thank You Thank You Thank You so very much for making my Gotcha' Day a Great One!

Have a Blessed Week!

My Gotcha' Day!!

Today is my Gotcha' Day! Three years ago, my Mom picked me up and we've been together-except for one night. Mom thought I would like an over-night visit and girl, she was wrong! So, never again have I spent the night away from my Mom!

It has been a glorious 3 years! Thanks to all my pals that remembered me!

Mom and I are having a special dinner tonight - we're not sure if it will be chicken (Mom got those Saute Express cubes) or beef tenderloin. Mom hasn't decided and I know I love what ever Mom decides to make! If you are close, you can join us for dinner - we are having Ghiradeli Triple Chocolate Brownies with frosting for dessert! Can't wait, it sounds good!

Today is a great day! Thanks for the Rosettes - Angel Whisper, Dixie, Zoe, Angel Sunny, Baby Zane, Hershey and Van Winkle! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Good Friday

"See, my servant shall prosper, he shall be raised high and greatly exalted."
- Isaiah 52:13

"Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.
In you, O LORD, I take refuge;
let me never be put to shame.
In your justice rescue me.
Into your hands I commend my spirit;
you will redeem me, O LORD, O faithful God."
- Psalm 31

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."
- I Peter, 2:24

"Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.'"
- John 11:25-26

"God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son."
- John 3:16

"We may say that on the first Good Friday afternoon was completed that great act by which light conquered darkness and goodness conquered sin. That is the wonder of our Saviour's crucifixion."
- Phillips Brooks

"By the cross we, too, are crucified with Christ; but alive in Christ. We are no more rebels, but servants; no more servants, but sons!"
- Frederic William Farrar

"The cross was two pieces of dead wood; and a helpless, unresisting Man was nailed to it; yet it was mightier than the world, and triumphed, and will ever triumph over it."
- Augustus William Hare

"Exalt the Cross! God has hung the destiny of the race upon it. Other things we may do in the realm of ethics, and on the lines of philanthropic reforms; but our main duty converges into setting that one glorious beacon of salvation, Calvary's Cross, before the gaze of every immortal soul."
- Theodore Ledyard Cuyler

"So shall we join the disciples of our Lord, keeping faith in Him in spite of the crucifixion, and making ready, by our loyalty to Him in the days of His darkness, for the time when we shall enter into His triumph in the days of His light."
- Phillips Brooks

Have a Blessed Easter!

Passages for Easter - Remember Him!

John 11:25-26
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. (NIV)
Romans 1:4-5
And Jesus Christ our Lord was shown to be the Son of God when God powerfully raised him from the dead by means of the Holy Spirit. Through Christ, God has given us the privilege and authority to tell Gentiles everywhere what God has done for them, so that they will believe and obey him, bringing glory to his name. (NLT)

Romans 6:8-11
Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God. In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. (NIV)

Philippians 3:10-12
I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. (NIV)

1 Peter 1:3
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead... (NIV)

Matthew 27:50-53
And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split. The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs, and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people. (NIV)

Matthew 28:1-10
After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you."

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. "Greetings," he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me." (NIV)

Mark 16:1-8
When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus' body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?"

But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

"Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell his disciples and Peter, 'He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.' "

Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid. (NIV)
