Do I look any different? 'Cause I'm a whole year older!

Hi everyone!

Boy, has it been a while since I've written! While I'm now a WHOLE YEAR OLDER! That's right, I had 3rd birthday last month. I got a ton of great presents, and I even got a cake (you can see the picture of me looking at the cake, but mom just had to get more pictures. Honestly, just let me eat!). It was my first birthday with my new family, so that was lotsa fun, then it was Mocha's birthday (it's okay, I got presents then too), and apparently this thing called "Christmas" is coming up. It's still a ways away I guess, but it's my first Christmas. My mom wonders how I'm going to react to a tree or something. Then again, I might have misunderstood. A tree in the house? How absurd is that?

We got a foster doggie too! She's a doggy from Lousiana, some sort of Daschund X or something, she's a bit bigger than me though! I'm still a bit unsure of her, but she seems nice enough. I'm just worried that since she's so cute she might take some attention away from me. We can't have that! I heard my mom say that she's "up for adoption though" and that means she's going to go to a new home sometime, and that makes me kind of sad, but I'm getting kind of used to doggies coming and going. I met another dog in September that left, but mom assures me she's in a great home and I can go see her if I want.

Anyways, I better get going. There's really nice weather here, so I think I'm going to go enjoy it.

Happy Canada Day!

HAPPY CANADA DAY ALL!!!

Did you know that this is my FIRST Canada day in Canada? That's right, I'm not an American anymore, I'm a proud Canadian! Mom won't let me go out and party, something about being too young and being a dog (why should that matter?), but it's okay 'cause I sill getta celebrate with my family, and go to the cabin, and it's gonna be a blast! Any of you guys doin' anythin' special for CANADA DAY? Woo hoo!!! Nobody's as excited as I am, but I tell ya, it's great. I might not like that white stuff that I always see here on the ground (actually, I haven't seen it for...two months now, so that's pretty good), I never go that down in Vegas, but that's okay. It's pretty nice up here!

Guess what else? I got my haircut on Wednesday! I hate getting it cut, it's kinda scary, but afterwards everyone tells me I look so pretty and I get lots of attention, so it's not too bad.

Anyways, I'm gonna go pack up my favourite toys and maybe see if I can get a little snack. I'll talk ya all when I get back!

Well now that I finally kicked Mocha off of the computer, I can tell you guys all about my life. Sorry it's been so long since I last wrote, but man, have I ever been busy.

Well I'm sure Mocha told ya about the foster dog and the foster rabbit. I really liked the dog, he was cool and we were always playing, but the foster rabbit was kinda scary at first. I kept my distance, but then I decided that she wasn't too bad and I kept an eye on her. I slept beside her cage every night and protected her from all the scary monsters. Plus, when she was allowed out of her cage during the day, I'd sneak in and eat all the carrots. I guess I wasn't sneaky enough 'cause mom kept a closer eye on me and kept closing the door, but I did get a few carrots outta that. Man, do I love carrots! I could eat them aaall day.

Well mom's going and trying to change my food again. I dunno why, apparently these are better foods. I was on some really yummy food before, but it hurt my tummy, so now I'm on some other food that's really good. I can't eat very well so mom grinds it up and waters it down a little, and that's some good stuff! Mocha doesn't like it much, but I dunno why. It doesn't hurt my tummy either, so it's all good.

So I guess Mocha told ya 'bout the cabin to, eh (wow, I must be turning into a Canadian now!)? Geez, I hate going second, she always tells ya guys everything. Well I'm looking forward to going too, I get a ton of walks and it's always oodles of fun, even though I've only been there a few times. It'll be my first time in the summer, apparently it's even more fun than in the winter! I'm glad all the snow's finally gone, I still haven't gotten completely used to that stuff, it's weird. The rain isn't much better though, it's been rainin' and rainin' and we got a flood! It wasn't around my house though, so that's pretty good, I just couldn't spend much time outside 'cause I don't like gettin' wet. I just had to stay inside and watch, and I couldn't even go for my walks. Oh well, it's mostly stopped now, so that's pretty good.

Anyways, I better be off, time to go keep an eye on the fort. I'm a bit tired too, so I think I'm gonna go take a little nap. See ya guys later!

Okay, answer truthfully, DO YOU THINK I'M FAT??? That stupid man who always sticks pointy things in me (apparently they make me healthy, they expect us dogs to believe that? Ha, they must think we're stupider than them or something...but don't worry...we'll take over the world soon!!!) does. I have to get put on a diet and while I don't mind the extra exercise, I WANT MY FOOD BACK! I don't know how they expect me to live on such little food! YOU CAN BARELY SEE IT! I'm a big dog at heart and that big dog needs to be nourished!!! I mean would you ever feed one of those sweet, adorable, friendly pitties like half a kibble a day (and I'm not exagerating...)? No! Man, I'm gonna get them for this...

Mom's teaching me how to crawl and I'm REALLY good at it! Sometimes I get a bit confused and stand up, but I think I'm doing pretty well! I mean what do you expect for a starved dog??? Okay, maybe I am going a little over-the-top with this diet thing but still! Crawling is pretty fun, everybody says I'm really cool when I do it and I don't mind the attention. I'm catching up to Mocha too, pretty soon she won't be the dog who knows the most tricks! Ahhh...gotta love sibling rivarly...

Woo hoo! Tomorrow's Saturday! I can sleep in!!! The only annoying part is that Mocha never sleeps straight through a morning. Whenever she hears a sound, she has to go check it out then she comes waltzing back in like she should be let on the bed again! And of course she can't jump up by herself so mom has to move to let her back up and then she disturbs my beauty sleep (and I do have to replenish my cuteness on the weekend, although I doubt it could ever run out...no, I'm not conceited, I think I'm actually very modest considering how BEAUTIFUL I really am).

Well I know you all love hearing me talk about how gorgeous I am, but I'm gonna go have a nap on the couch that Mocha thinks she can go on...grrr...I'll show her! I'll see you all later, hope you don't miss me too much!

I just celebrated my one month anniversary with my new owners on Thursday! I got a few little presents, but we went to the cabin so that was fun. Gee, I thought that there was a lot of snow around here, you should've seen up there! It kept snowing...and snowing...and snowing! I almost got lost in the snow a few times! Geez, and as soon as I learn how to go up and down the stairs here at home, I have to go up and down stairs with HOLES. Needless to say, I'm definitely not gonna be using those! When I got back mom gave Mocha and I a bath, I HATE baths! Afterwards the house was in complete chaos with Mocha and me running around like maniacs! I guess it worked though, because I got pretty dry quickly! Well even though I liked it there, I'm happy to be home. I better go now, don't wanna miss lunch, I'll talk to ya all later!

My First Entry Ever...

Hey all, I'm Panna! I just went to a new home, so I just thought that I'd tell y'all about it! Well I live with this mutt, Mocha, and she's pretty yappy. I gotta show her that I'm better though, so I join in. Her bark is deep, mine's a yippy little thing and I tell ya, we don't shut up. It's fun though, besides we have too much energy. Today on our walk, mom fell so we had to go home right away. We were havin' so much fun though! It was all slushy, but it was warm (man, is it ever cold here, I miss the Vegas weather!). Best walk yet, I tell ya! I guess it's alright though, I just came home and played with my toys. I have so many toys! People keep bringin' me toys and I get to play with Mocha's toy's too (all 4 baskets of them). People say we're spoiled, but I say we're deserving! Anyways, I'm off. The neighbour just came and he always has yummy treats for me and Mocha might steal all of them...
