So she has been trying to renew our Dogster Plus Subscription for two weeks now and hadn't heard back from them and then today she saw it go bye bye. I swear she almost had a heart attack because, she thought she would have to re-upload all of our pictures.
She kept going on about how hard is it to reply to an e-mail because, when she called them she got no where fast either. She kept saying she can understand the lack of good phone service because, that happens. E-mail however is one of the less personable ways of communication and it's hard to mess that up yet Dogster did. She would have taken a trip to Dogster head quarters if she would have had to re-upload our pictures cause, she says they are only 2 1/2 hours away and she thinks she can take them. BOL! It doesn't help that she isn't feeling good right now either.
All the while Dad rolls his eyes and finds it silly to pay for the subscription in the first place. Then again he says we are just dogs...yeah that's a whole other story but, let's just say for being "just dogs" he sure does panic if anything happens to us. He is such a cat person.
Gone are the good ole days when Dogster was DOGSTER! Now it has the name of Dogster but is really SAY Media. Customer service is a thing of the past. So many of our pals have left and are now playing on Facebook.
I hope your momma starts to feel better soon.

You got it back already?? We went to try to give you a gift subscription, but it said "We could not match a user with this information. Please try again." And then we went to your page, and saw that it was there again. Did you get it all straightened out?? If not let us know and we'll pay for it for you and Monty.
Grrr - that is frustrating!
OMD, I had the same problem when my subscription was up too, I called forever and ever and sent msg. NO ONE EVER got back to me!!!! Hope you have better luck
Mommy got it back really fast. She cheated and called PayPal and they helped her out. Thankfully PayPal has amazing customer service and are really patient. The minute they walked her through everything again it went through instantly. It is a Say Media issue though...figures.
We have facebook pages but, Mom doesn't do much with them. They were created out of her boredom. We prefer Dogster because, our friends are here and it's fairly easy to navigate. So we won't be going anywhere, that's a promise.
One thing that really upsets Mommy is bad customer service. Maybe it's cause she talks to her customers all the time and so she expects the same thing from everyone else who has customers. She keeps saying the key to success is listening to your customers and letting them know that you care.
As for her feeling better, not there yet. Boy do we wish she was better because, she keeps us on our toes when she is sick with her up and down stuff.
