Fun, Fun

Guess what everybody, that big dog Sadie well, she really is kinda cool. She has this toy with a rope attached and she lets me get a hold of it and she gets the other end of it and drags me around playing with me. She thinks I am cool.The rest of the family doesn't play with her, I guess they are intimidated by her size but she is a sweetheart. We played all day yesterday. She is happy, finally someone who will play with her and that's me. We also play crazy chase in the house but I am too quick for her and get under the bed and she sticks her big head under there but thats all that will fit and then I run out the other side, it's funny. Ah one more thing, mom has been taking pictures of me and the others and she will be putting them on here real soon so stay tune.

My New Home

Hi,
I thought I would write to let everyone know that my mommy found me a new home. It is really neat here. I have some new brothers and sisters and they have accepted me right off the bat. When the electric was off during this past snow storm my mommy took me to aunt kelley's and I met my cousin Miah and Cricket. Me and Miah played for hours, she is cool. I was a good boy and didn't mess in the house either but I had to go out in the cold and that wasn't no fun but I am getting use to it. When mommy lets my bro's and sis out I try to run and hide but she always gets me anyhow, she puts me right out there with them. She is hoping they train me, ha! But I am willing to learn, it would be easier if it was warm. Anyway I really love my new family and I am happy to be here, so Amy don't worry about me OK.

I'm Growing

Mom says I'm starting to grow up, when she got my sweater out to put it on me it wouldn't fit. Mom was hopeing I would have it to wear when I meet my new mommy, who will be comeing to get me soon. Mom says my new mommy has other chihuahuas for me to play with. I hope my T-shirt mom got me for Christmas still fits. And I would like to say to Drummer I am takeing all my toys when I go so he better get them from under the dresser and give them back to me. I am learning how to sit and mom is teaching me how to dance. Everyone says how smart I am. I'm a genius in training. Well I am going to go get my toys back from Drummer.

I OutGrew My Collar

For Christmas Santa Paws brought me my very firt collar and yesterday Mommy had to remove it because it was getting tight. I thought Mommy would be mad but she was very happy to find that I was growing, you see when I was a little puppy I was really sick and didn't grow. Now that I am growing that means I am really better. I still haven't found a furever home but mommy is still looking. And if I never find one I will be happy here. But mommy wants me to have a good life with pawrents who love me and pay lots of attention to me you see with 9 other dogs mommy thinks I would be better off with someone with more time to play and cuddle with me. But mommy cuddles me a lot and I play hard with the older dogs. Well I guess I have to go some of my brothers and sisters want to write entrys.

Getting Shots & Why Diggers A Whimp

Well mommy had to take me and Digger to the vet for check ups and shots and I was a good boy I didn't cry a bit but Digger who I thought was the toughest dog in our pack because he picks fights and bullys the other dogs around but I found out the Digger isn't really tough. When the vet went to give Digger his shot he cried like a little baby and our vet called him a wimp but I didn't cry one bit. At first I thought about telling the other chis that Digger isn't as tough as he acts but now I'm thinking blackmail may be a better option. Hum what do I want? I will have to think about that. Oh yeah now for the good news the vet said that I am finally in perfect health so as soon as mommy finds someone that once me and can pay the adoption fee that I am ready to go. I have had my annual 6 way shot and a 1 year rabies shot, I don't know what these things are but I guess their good. Well I have to go mommy has to upload some new pics to Drummers page.

My First Christmas

Hey everybody my first Christmas was great, I got lots of presents and attention. Mommy helped me to upload some pics so you can see how cute I was on Christmas day. Santa Paws brought me my first collar of my very own a new orange t-shirt and lots of toys and treats. I had so much fun. Then for Christmas dinner Mommy gave us all mashed potatos, green beads, carrots, and roasted chicken it was all really good. Then for dessert grandma gave us all one of her Christmas cookies. I hope all of you had a Christmas as good as mine.

I love my mommy

Guess what even though I am still looking for a hme of my own, like my brothers and sisters got. My mommy said I shouldn't worry because if I never find one I can just stay here with her and the pack for ever. I am so happy and really made me feel better. Also mommy let me play with my brother Drummers stuffed squeeky headge hog its bigger then me but I can still beat it up. Well I guess I will go play with it some more.

Letter to Santa Paws

Dear Santa,

I am not sure who you are but I have seen you on t.v. I saw mom put up staocking yesterday and she said one of them was mine. Now she wants me to tell you what I want in it. I would like to have a collar like all te bigger dogs have. I want some toys to play with and a warm blanket to sleep on. And I would like for the other dogs to quit picking on me. I think thats about all I can think of but thanks for listening.

Leith

My First Diary

I should start out by introduceing myself. My name is Baby Leith and Maggie and Luke are my doggy parents. I had 1 sister and 1 brother, but they both found homes. Then I got sick and had to go stay with the vet for a few days. He gave me medicine and then I got better but the medicine that helped me get better made my tongue get white lumps on it, I hope they go away soon. My current Mommy says she is going to try her best to find me a great home before Christmas. But she has to meet my new parents in person. She says while I would be good with children and other pets I am very tiny weighing less then a pound so my new family wll have to be very careful with me. Next week mommy says I might have to go back and see the vet for a check-up and to get shots. Then I will be ready to meet potential new mommys and daddys. Mommy says she is not going to sell me but she will have to charge a small adoption fee to help with my vet bills. But she says the most importent thing is that I find a loveing home, hopefully before Christmas. And my new parents will have to come here to pick me up and meet my current mommy, so she can make sure they're good enough for me. I am sure her and grandma will both have lots of questions for whoever comes to see me, because they love me so very much. I have my own toy, blanket, and sweater to take with me to my new home. I really can't wait and hope it happens soon. Because every baby needs parents to love him.
