We picked up Kibbles on Saturday, December 19, 2009. Kibbles is 3 mos. old. Of course, Kibbles is the cutiest puppy of all. He seems to like playing with the other dogs at foster Mom's, but seems very shy around people. We had a five hours drive home from Claxton, GA and Kibbles made it only getting sick once. Didn't go potty in the car at all. Seemed very sad to be leaving his friends from the foster home. First thing he ate was pizza crust that his new Mom gave him unknowing of when he last ate. Once home, his first stop was the utility sink for a bath. Kibbles was infested with flees.

Roxy is a great roll model for him and is teaching him every thing she knows. Kibbles follows Roxy every where she goes and does everything Roxy does. It's kind of funny. We feed Kibbles in our bedroom first thing in the morning, then outside for potty break and play with Roxy. Then, I go upstairs to feed Roxy. Roxy must sit and not move until her bowl is placed on the deck about 10 feet away, then she may come eat. I don't usually even have to tell her this routine...she knows. When Roxy sees me carrying her bowl, she automatically sits. Kibbles watches Roxy and sits as well. The two of them are always playing and having fun. Kibbles new trick though is he has found that he can chew through wires and has gotten my new mouse and a monitor/ CPU cord. |
