Goober Alert!

OMC! Mommy sounded the goober alert today and that can only mean one thing. I had a goober hanging from my fuzzy-butt, and mommy ran for the scissors. I tried to get away, but she caught me and....you guessed it....she clipped that goober right off of my butt! I do hope that it did not ruin my fur-do! Humans are so fussy about this sort of thing.

There, now according to my kitty math that should be 15 eggs!!

You call this FIXED??? You must be kidding!

What an ordeal today has been. First I was stuffed in a crate (OK, so maybe not really stuffed, but you know what I mean). Sure, there were soft blankies and my favorite toy, but that was an attempt to get me to let down my guard. Next, I was put in a car. I quickly figured out that I do not like cars. Emma sat next to me, but I was still not happy.

Then, we went to this strange place called the V-E-T (I may be small, but I can spell). There, mommy handed me over to a total stranger (HELLO...what was wrong with that picture?) Then she left. I cried so hard, but she AND Emma both left me there. Next thing, I was inspected by my captors, and then I was drugged. I awoke to find a pain in my belly. They had cut me open...and they call this FIXING me??? I say that they broke something. I was so relieved when I heard mommy's voice, and the familiar clink of Emmas collar tags. They came to rescue me...of course that would not have been necessary if they had not left me in the first place.

The strangest thing, is that the lady that they call the V-E-T said that I was probably born in February of 2009, so they changed my birthday to Valentine's Day! OMK! That was really big mews. She said that I now weigh 6 lbs 8 oz, and that I was probably malnourished when Emma found me. It all seems like such a blur now.

Mommy and Emma took me home and fed me white meat tuna, and they both seem properly remorseful. I suppose that I will forgive them...but I will probably milk this for a few more days. Time or a cat nap now. More later, diary.

Oh no...I'm broken!

I heard Mama talking on the phone with someone today, and she said I needed to be fixed! I keep looking in the mirror to see what has broke, but so far I look pretty purr-fect. Oh dear me, I hope it is not serious. Stay tuned...I will write again when I find out more. Mama says not to worry, I will always be purr-fect to her!

Santa Paws came!

OMK! When I woke up this morning, there was a stocking under the tree filled with toys and treats for me! Mama said Santa Paws came while I was asleep and left me gifts for being a good kitten. Well, I know that I have been good, but I had no idea that I was THAT good! Check out my new photo on my page with my yellow fluffy toy and my new Kong mousie wubba. I love Christmas!

A precious little bundle

That is what mommy called me when she tucked me in last night! She says that I am her precious little baby kitten and that having me join the family this year is the best gift ever. I just love it here. You can just imagine what lovely dreams I had. Today, I heard a rumor that mommy might plant the tree in the living room. I can't wait to see this, it all sounds so exciting. I am a good climber, a tree indoors sounds like such fun. Every day is so exciting. Hang on diary, I may have big mews to report next time.

The Feast for the Planting of the Tree

Hmmm...something is definitely up. Yesterday we had a huge meal, and the other kitties and Emma say that it was called Thanksgiving. They went on to explain that within days of the big meal, mommy plants a tree in the living room and hangs sparkly things on it. Hmmm...a feast for the planting of the tree. Very interesting. This is all quite new to me, so you can just imagine how curious I am. Not that I am not curious to begin with, I am a kitten, after all. I will definitely have to keep a close eye on things and report back. It sure would be fun to have a tree indoors. Stay tuned, dear diary.

A new kitty necklace and charm...just for me!

OMC! I am so excited. Mama was gone all day yesterday with Emma, and I was so lonely without them. When they came home though, Mama took out a bag and guess what? It was my very own kitty necklace with a pretty pink charm. Mama and Emma had my name and phone number engraved on the charm! WOW! I am just like the big kids now, with my own charm and a special place in the family!

Guess what else? The charm has a tiara and the word "Princess" on one side...I didn't even know that I am royalty! You can just imagine my surprise. I sure am liking it here.

I am a Diary Pick of the Day!

Meow! I am so excited! So much has happened in the past week. I have found a new home and a furever family who loves me. I have three kitty sisters and a doggie sister as well. I have settled into Kitthaven Estates here on Catster, and now I am a Catster Diary Pick of the Day! I feel like Cinderella Kitten! I am making friends, and for today I will sit back and enjoy this new nooriety! Thanks Catster, and thank you to all the furs who have pmailed me today!

Home at last!

It is official! I can stay! My dreams have come true, and I have a furever home of my own, 3 kitty sisters and my doggie sister. I have been working so hard all week to snuggle, purr, use the litter box...and my hard work has paid off! Mama told me I am her precious kitten, and that I can stay furever. She said I am family now! I am so happy I hardly know what to do.

Last night, she taught me a new game called laser tag. Emma and I ran all over and chased a red dot, and it was great fun. I get to stay in the office next to her when she types, and sit on her lap when she eats. I am definitely the happiest kitten anywhere!
