my morning treats out. They thought I wouldn't catch on. But I did. There's pills in them there treats. Allergy pills. Heh, I don't do no drugs. No way. No how. The Dad said he would try cheese or hot dogs. I say, bring it on!

My humans too tried to trick me using my treats to hide pills. Haven't they ever heard "Just say no to drugs", I suspect not because they both grew up during the 60's and momma freely admits she "inhaled deeply", what ever that means. Anyhoodle, if they can't trick you the next thing they will try is to stuff the pill down your throat, so be prepared.

Burt, you should hold out for my two favorites....mom hides my pills in one of two things....

A big glob of yogurt mixed with kibble. I'm too busy inhaling the delicous creamy slop that I don't even notice that there was a pill in there.

or

A big glob of cream cheese. Ohmydog. I don't care if there's a pill in the middle. As long as I get cream cheese, I'll eat anything!

Oooh Allergy pills suck! But be careful the peeps will hide them in anything! Hamburger, wet dg food, pupperoni, cottage cheese, & even yogurt!!

Be strong, my friend! They'll try anything to get you to eat those allergy pills if you're careful enough to keep spitting them out. My advice: Keep spitting them out and force your people to get REALLY creative. Can you say liverwurst? Oh, yeah!
