Arrival Story:
We bought Neo from a loving family in Oklahoma Friday, September 18, 2009 around 5:30pm. He was the runt of the litter yet he is very smart. We were told that his siblings would always beat him to the food, yet he out-smarted them. He sat in the bowl and ate around himself; making sure the others couldnt get any. LOL! How cute is that? Yes, we found him on Craigslist for $100.00 We were going to get his sister but later decided to go with him. He looked so cute. His name at the time was Smalls at that time but we changed it to Napoleon because of the famous Napoleon Bonaparte's "small complex".

3rd Day in his new home

Last night I decided to go out with my family to a birthday celebration. I came home, got undress, and went to bed... but only to discover my spouse & Napoleon (who was on my side) in the bed snuggled. As soon as I layed my head down, Napoleon came over and bit my nose. The little rascal wanted to play. I put him in his bed, a box for now, and tried to go back to sleep. He whinned for 30 minutes and finally went to sleep. I think we are spoiling him too much. LOL! Napoleon is still doing well with his potty training and still responding to the word "No!" He is so smart. I cant believe how tiny he is. Yet, he doesnt seem to think he is. LOL! And he's always going for my pants leg. Its cute now, but I hope he doesnt continue to do it as he gets bigger. Bison used to go for me feet when he was small all the way up to 6mos. It was hard to break him out of that. He forgot how big he was and how big dogs bite/rough-house harder. lol! Its so nice to have a puppy in the house.

Napoleon seems to be doing well. I dont think he is going to be hard to potty train. He trys to hold it and knows he needs to do his job on the green. We are giving him a little bit of puppy nursing formula to help since he is really small & for nutrition purposes though he is a healthy fella. He tried to whine last night, but he seems to know what NO means. I didnt have any problems after that. Couldnt ask for a better dog.
