 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: October 16th 2004
Likes: Toys, attention, pig ears, greenies and his little sister, Savannah.

Pet-Peeves: Baths, not being the center of attention, having to come inside before he's done playing in the yard, getting in his crate.

Favorite Toy: He likes stuffies but is very good at disembowling them. He also likes rope toys and kongs stuffed with yogurt and crushed dog biscuits

Favorite Food: Liver Treats are his favorite treat. He's not very interested in people food.

Favorite Walk: He prefers to go into town and walk the path, he finds it much more interesting than out here in the country where we live.

Best Tricks: Kodiak can sit, back up, lay down, play dead and give his paw on command. He's also learned to wait while having his leash clipped on or his food bowl set down.

Arrival Story: I found Kodiak on the way home from Christmas shopping in 2004. He was nearly hit by a truck and I could not leave him there to get hurt or killed. Best Christmas present I could have asked for.

I don't know why but about a week ago my Mama took me to a place that was no fun at all. Well, at first it was because there were a lot of people there who kept talking to and petting me. Then this lady came and took my leash from Mama and tried to take me into this room with a bunch of barking dogs in it. NO WAY MAN! I was NOT leaving my Mama! But the lady had the nerve to PICK ME UP and carry me to the loud room. Me a big ferocious guard dog picked up like a...a...puppy! Can you believe it?! I sure couldn' t but wait, it gets WORSE. She put me in a kennel that smelled like strange dogs, then later she came back and expected me to be all friendly. HA! Yeah right. She took me out of the stinky kennel them picked me up and put me on this big shiny table and tried to make me lay down. Well this dog wasn't going down without a fight! Three strange humans ganged up on me and tried to hold me down. In the end they won but my head hit one of them in the lip and busted it so in my opinion...it was a tie! That's all I remember before taking this weird nap then waking up in the stinky kennel again. After that I did what any normal dog would do...I cried for my Mama!
So after a while of crying, Mama came and took me home. Some how I ended up with a boo boo in a very...delicate place so I licked it alot. Well the next morning my wonderful, loving mother decided to put this huge CONE on my head. I don't know why she wanted me to run into doorways and furniture, but I got her back by ramming it into the backs of her legs whenever she left the room hehe. I finally had enough of that thing and since I am so talented, I managed to rip it in my kennel. Of course this made Mama worry I could poke myself in the eye with it so BYE BYE CONE! I just wish I would have thought of that strategy sooner!
Oh and a few days ago Mama brought home something that she keeps calling a "baby sister" and it's name is "Savannah". It's a furry little black thing that makes really interesting noises when I paw at it. Mama keeps saying I have to be "gentle" with the "baby". I just think it would be fun to see if it can squeak louder than my toys. I bet it can! What are baby sister good for anyway if not MY entertainment?!?!?

Well let's see here, what's been going on since my last entry...
I have pretty much doubled in size. My mommy thinks I'm going to be a very handsome boy when I'm grown. But guess what...she also thinks I'm a very handsome boy NOW. My mom's so silly sometimes. OH OH OH! Speaking of my silly mommy...she brought home a KITTEN! She says that this kitten (her name is Mya) is my new sister and I should be nice to her and not try to well...eat her. I'm not really sure how she can be my sister, I mean she looks nothing like me. And she says meow. I say WOOF! Really really loud. I just found out a few days ago that I'm really good at that! So now I WOOF! all the time. I think it's great! ...Not so sure that mommy does though.
I've been kinda unhappy though, cause Mya sleeps in my mommy's bed and I sleep in my crate. Last night my mommy took me out of my crate and put me in her bed! I was so happy! But my mommy said I couldn't chew on her hands or her blanket so I ended up back in my crate. Mommy says maybe we'll try it again some day but for now I have to sleep in my crate. NO FAIR!
BUT today my mommy let me play outside ALL day. It's so much fun! I get to run as much as I want, lay in the sun and best of all CHASE BIRDS! One of these days I'm gonna catch one! REALLY! I AM!

Where do I begin? It wasn't really that long ago that my Mommy found me and took me to the big warm place where she lives. Then there's this thing she calls a "kennel" that she expects me to decide to like. Yeah, we'll just see about that. Then there was this "Christmas" thing which I really did like because I got new toys...and I got to chew on wrapping paper!
Just when I thought all the new things were over, me and Mommy moved to a new big warm place. I really like it, because it's just the two of us all day and we can play as much as we want! Too bad all those potty breaks have to get in the way of our fun, but for some reason Mommy gets upset when I go potty on the floor. Humans are so weird. Oh well, at least I get to bother the cat when I go outside. Or well at least I did before Mommy decided to pull out this thing called a "leash" So far it's like the kennel...I don't like either one very much. Oh well, I think I'll go find something to chew on now.
