This precious little girl was rescued from a puppy mill in Quebec. She was lucky enough to have wonderful foster care, and is remarkably well adjusted considering her background. I saw her picture on the internet, fell in love, and arranged to adopt her. My lucky day!!!
Bio:
As a result of her lack of care, LouLou has to have drops in her eyes twice a day, she has lost most of her back teeth, and her muscles are not strong. Her legs are improving with long walks twice a day. She manages very well with the teeth she has, and loves her food.
