Harpo was a Guide dog and his owner was retiring him. She really wanted to keep him but she couldn't. She worked a full time job and lived in an apartment. We were going to get him. After a few months. He was in the kennel, to a foster, back to the kennel, with my grandparents and finally settled down with my family.
