The entry below has been copied from our pal Abby's diary. Please pups we must unite and pass the word around.

Pals, a friend of mommy's sister drives an 18-wheeler. His constant companion is his Sheltie, named Star. Star got spooked at a truck stop in Wisconsin on February 22 and ran away. She has been seen in the area around the truck stop, but is very scared and skittish. Star and her owner are from Canada so they are not familiar with the area. The owner's wife drove from Canada yesterday and has reported that Star has been seen in the area.

Please pass this along to anyone you know who might be familar with that area in Wisconsin.

Thank you once again, Ebony. The Sheltie Rescue of Wisconsin has joined the search for Star. Star's daddy had to continue on due to his work, but Star's mommy is down in Wisconsin looking for her. Hopefully she will be home soon.

Just checked on Facebook and Star is found! She is giving her momma lots of kisses right now! Will update when I find out more. Thanks for all the positive thoughts for Star and her family!

The real GOOD sign was that Star hadnt strayed far from the place she got lost from./... that was a real hope .

Just heard from mommy's sister's friend. Star was found cowering under a parked car. The people phoned the number on her lost dog poster and that put them in touch with her daddy. He immediately phoned his wife, who was in the area, and she went directly to the address. She knelt down, called for Star, and Star came out from under the car with her tail awagging. She is now being treated like the princess she is. Star's mommy and daddy thank everyone that assisted them in putting up posters and searching for Star. Miracles really do happen.

Just soooooo good to hear the happy ending. I bet she is going to be on a long leash for a while when off away with her Dad !
