That's right pups, it are Fiesta time again in San Antonio! It's a week long celebration with a variety of parades & other events held through out the city. The mos' important of all (and the only one I's cares 'bout) is the Pooch Parade. I's been a 'pawticipant in the parade since it's begunnings. Wrinkles, may she rest in peace, used to pawticipate too till she got too old. Ceel also has been pawticipating for a few years as well. Last years, there were over 700 pooches!
Woofs! What a great time in store fur you! Have fun marchin' your butts off! That is so cool. I wish I was closer so I could walk too! I love walking. Just slow long as everyone remembers slow and steady wins the race. Thanks Pepper! I's thinner than last years, so Mommy says I shouldn't get as tired. You and yours are GREAT ! Take it slow and easy... and I know you will enjoy it. Thankyou for doing this too Have fun! BOL I can;t stand it. Your song was so funny, mom laughed so hard! We're so sorry sbout your pal Olive. We don't have anything as grand as that here :-( I hope they have lots of treats for you and Ceel along the parade route so you can keep your energy level up. Don' worry Doo, they gives out bottled water plus they has several water stations set thoughout the parade route. Also everyone is givin' poopy bags so our mommys & daddys can pick up after us. I doesn't like to drink water outta where other dog has drinked so we's gonna take our own little water dish. You should go! Ebony, I learned how to drink frum a water bottle so's mama don' has to have a bowl fur me. I's smart cuz my mama are LAZY! BOL WowZER!! This Sounds like a Huge Blast!!!!!! Walk for me,too! We had snow today.......phooey! Everything is a mess... kisses, mazy My Momma takes one of those collapsible bowls on walks... they are easier to carry.. Ebby, you made Momma wish she was in San Antonio again... she loves Fiesta and misses her ole stompin' grounds... She used to live in an area called Northwood, to the east of Alamo Heights--pretty close to Olmos Park... Now you got her wanting a plate of mole enchiladas, and some margaritas from Mi Tierra... Have fun!!! Can't wait to hear all about it! Take pictures! My dogness! You and Ceely have a grreat time but remember to drink your water. I can see by the pics, that it was a pawsome event! Yeah!
