I just love my Paw-Paw! By now some of you know that he brought Rinky & me a early Wanx-giving & Kissmas gift. A big bag of fresh venison! I just know in my hearty heart that he intended for most of it to go to ME. Wrinkles is being 'pei' stubborn & refuses to accept this fact! Unfortunatly Mommy is siding with Rinky & says we have to divide it amongst ourselves. Oh well, I s'pose there's enough & Paw-Paw did say he'd be bringing more in the weeks to come. I almost barked out loud when Mommy said, "Just don't bring too much cause there's not enough room in the freezer." (NOOOO!!!!) As my pal Chipper would say, "Woman, you make room!!!"

On the first day Mommy cut the pieces into smaller pieces and let us eat it raw. She seemed to be grossed-out by it but we thought it was delicious! The next day she decided to cook it by putting it in some water & boiling it. Then she added it to our kibble along with a few steamed baby carrots. MMMMM!!! Tonight she got another idea. She put the cooked meat in the blender along with some of the broth. She mixed the venison puree with our kibble. It was soooo gooood!!! Can't wait to see what she thinks of tomarrow!

Watch out Ebby. People eat the venison too. It is a very special meat for them too.
Can your mom be trusted not to eat Your meat?

Not to worry Zoe...I thought the same thing at first but come to find out Mommy is not much of meat eater & she does not like venison. "Those poor deer," she says. I say those poor deer are gonna be very rich in my tum-tum!

You know something else from the venison animal is their antlers! They are super yummy to chew on and they last a Long time! See if your Paw-Paw can get you some of those! He could saw them into nice sizes, not too small, and you will have a blast chewing!

BOL! Ebby, you are a dog after my own heart!!! That's right, make room! What is your mom thinking turning down meat?!? You might want to check her forehead. She may be running a fever or something. There is ALWAYS room for meat!

I have to ask...did your Paw Paw find it in someones yard or did he get it himself???

How about it on the grill?? Just think if you eat too much you might get antlers...BOL
