Arrival Story:
We traveled about 80 miles to look at female baby Chi's at a breeders house. The breeder told us that our little one didn't like to play as much as the others and napped alot. She looked up at us with her big, soulfull brown eyes and we were instantly hooked! Love at first sight! She was 8 weeks old and came home with us, right away. Her doggie parents were straight from Mexico and it took awhile for her to recognise English. She's bilingual! She took to paper training like second nature and never had a problem knowing what to "do" on a paper! Penny LOVES to travel, especially riding on my shoulder like a little black parakeet. She just jumps right up there, from my lap and sits draped over my shoulder, very contentedly! Her fav place for a nap is my lap, anywhere my lap is. She loves all of the family and adores playing with the girls, who spoil her as she deserves. This little one LOVES to play and has toys and toys and toys she likes to chase and toss and squeek.

Bio:
Pennys dermatologist sais she's a "hairless" chi. She's on topical and daily anti-fungal meds. She's a year old now and 3 & 1/2 lbs. Prefers dry dog food and does super great on Wellness dog food. Tried a Ton of foods she was allergic to, but does the best on Wellness. A human dermatologist recommended it for her. She had cats with bad allergies who did super on it. Penny doesn't like any type of canned dog food at all, tried them all. LOVES roasted chicken, her fav!!
