Winner of Waterproof Collar!
Wow! We had about 50 entries for the waterproof collar contest, and Dogster World Headquarters judges found this a very tough decision. But in the end, the Dog Collar Boutique collar goes to Annie, a puggle who loves to swim. The tale she told of the North Carolina creek where she swims, and of her stinky collar, gave her the edge.
