Those super-creative canines at the Pet Poetry Group have been at it again! And Gizmo is the winner with The Harvest Moon.

BTW, if you want to read an amazing story, check out Gizmo's page. He's one lucky furkid!

Thans to Tammy, furmom to The Nebraska Pack, for sharing this lovely acrostic with us!

Tammy wrote:

Once again the Pet Poetry Group poets gave us wonderful poems to read this round.

Congratulations to the furry faces who entered!

The Acrostic was The Harvest Moon

This weeks Best In Show Winner is:

Gizmo,
Congratulations!

Thick and
heavy,
evening glow on the

Horizon
a lone gent of orange sits amongst the branches
resting, pausing, watching
vespers falling, autumn King rises
embers of gold dance
sitting patiently at the leaves'
tips, casts soft light across the tangle below

Misty horizon pillows the rise, he gently
oversees the Fall harvest tonight.
one lonely moon
nears his journey northward

...vespers falling...embers of gold dance...misty horizon pillows the
rise...
