Hello...my name is Caesar and although I'm stately, I'm no Roman general!  I'm a 5 year old staffordshire terrier, suggle bug!  Unfortunately, I've found myself in need of a new home due to a divorce in my family.  I'm currently in foster care looking for a permanent home.  I get along well with small children and other dogs.  I'm housebroken and have been classified as an official 'couch potato'!
