Lena Malik & her humom have put into words exactly what we wanted to say. The following is from Lena Malik's diary. "A few months ago we thought our friends, the Care Again Wolves were on their way to safety and the haven they deserve. Little did we know that the biggest battles and obstacles are occurring now. They need our help, time and support. Think of when you have felt the pull of your basic instincts friends.... to protect, to belong, to perhaps roam or explore or simply to sing or communicate. We can ALL trace our lineage back to the wolves and we have them to thank for our very existence. Please take the time to visit the new website my dear friend Nika has made and explore, get to know the wolves and their plight and donate what time or money you can for a worthy cause. Thank you, Lena Malik" CareAgain is a non profit organization which raises wolves, performs wolf studies and in the past has offered outreach programs. Zoning changes made it mandatory to relocate the wolves and time is running out due to lack of funding and helping hands. The wolves were moved to a pristine nature preserve backing into a national forest in Colorado. Presently volunteers are urgently needed to help finish building the fence to ensure the safety of the wolf pack. The materials are there with a single set of human hands trying to manage it alone, due to the weather and other duties like feeding and tending to the wolves, it has been nearly impossible to accomplish this important task.
