We lost our precious Pooh last night after a short battle with cancer. Last month Pooh wasn't feeling well and we took him to see Dr. Martha. All seemed ok so she gave him pain medication for his hip displasia and he did extremely well. He was like a new dog. Dr. Martha wanted to see him back in 30 days. We had him to the groomer and the next day he didn't seem to feel well. We took him back to Dr. Martha for his follow up visit and x-rays when she discovered Pooh had cancer. Pooh died at home with his Mommy and Daddy with him only 2 days later.
Pooh was truly a one of a kind Chow Chow. Pooh could always make you laugh, he was sweet, tender, gentle, loving, unselfish, fun, the list goes on. Pooh touched many lives in his short life and he will be greatly missed.
