Life has been good with my new mom. I am happy and have to make sure she is in my sight all the time and should she get out of site I go after her.

I do not hear so good anymore but mom has figured out a way for me to understand. She uses signals to tell me what she wants and that way I know I am doing what is expected. We work well together.

I love doing the two tricks she taught me and wow she makes great cookies for my brother Racer and me. I enjoy eating them and doing the tricks. She makes us peanut butter cookies and pumpkin spice cookies . I am most content in my old age.

Racer is great but a bit bouncy for for me but he loves me. I love my home.

Harley Davidson Chick!! I have a hat! I have this wart thing from when I was sick ,at the back of my head. I seem to always hit it causing it to bleed, so my new mom/sister got me a hat. It is cool and she put a liner in it so that she could put padding inside it or remove it for cleaning. It sits right over the wart so I no longer can hit it. Plus it shades my eyes!!!

At the dog park I am the hit withbeing the only dog with a hat. I am the "Grand Dame" Or the " Biker Mom" now. They all love it and tell my Mom/sister that it looks so cool and what a great idea!!!
I am one happy dog!

I am doing well in my new home. Since my human dad died I have been living with my human sister and my canine brother/uncle. His name is Racer and he had a huge birthday party and the park. I was surprised to see so many other dogs and their humans. I stayed close to my human sister but ventured out to greet all the other dogs and their humans. I could hear everyone telling my human sister how I am not the same dog as before. I have a spring in my step they say and I look so happy. I am happy I wag my tail and trot around. Of course I can not keep up with Racer, him be a Italian Greyhound, but we do walk side by side when we go places. However when we go for walks he is always way ahead and I just walk next to my Human sister. I am too old for such a fast pace. He got a new bed since he likes to steal mine so now when he is not looking I still his. We do get along great and I am content and happy to be here. I sleep on the bed also just like I did with my human dad but since he is gone I feel at home here doing the same thing.
Life is good.
