Paper

So I love paper...ads, newspaper, my Mommy's work reports! Lately, my Mommy finds little shredded paper all around the bedroom every morning. She doesn't seem to know where it comes from and looks very confused. One day I saw her searching everywhere for paper, seeming to know I had something to do with it. What she didn't know is that I have been stashing away all the paper I can get my puppy paws on for months now. I have a hiding place under her bed behind some boxes where she can't see or reach! I love my stash! I even have an ad from the weekend we moved in over a year ago. Well, Mommy just found my stash, and I am so sad. She took almost all of my precious paper, except for some she just couldn't reach (thank goodness!). At least she found this whole episode hilarious. She told me that I am a trouble-maker but am too cute to ever be mad at (phew!). I just can't help myself around paper. It calls my name and asks me to shred it into the tiniest pieces ever!

Once, I found the mother-load of paper! Well, I get a bit hyper half-way through the night and go onto the floor to play quietly with my toys. This night I spotted an entire bag of paper in Mommy's work bag (which she very nicely left on the floor for me). I very carefully managed to pull out the entire stack and shredded every single corner of all the reports. My Mommy was shocked in the morning, although I loved every bit of it. She couldn't read the entire upper half of any of the reports. I tried to tell her she could tape it all together and I would help. Laughing, she said she was actually going to have to tell her boss that her dog ate her homework!

Hi There!

Hi! My name is Pupcake and I am a Yorkie Maltese mix. I am a bit of an accident baby. I came from a woman who has shown Yorkies and Malteses for years and years. She VERY rarely ever breeds them though, and only when she needs to carry on her show dog line. Well, my dad (Yorkie named BoJangles) managed to get out of his playpen one day and into my mom's (Maltese named Precious) pen! Next thing we know, my brothers and I were born! My Mommy came to look at us all and fell in love with me. She tells me that I was a little sassy puppy from the beginning! I guess I was the runt of the litter and almost didn't make it a few times. Because of this, my original owner had me out of my playpen more than my brothers to feeds me by hand and make sure I was healthy. I became very spoiled and teased my brothers through the pen! When Mommy came to look at me, I was racing around the dining room (as fast as a 1 lb puppy could go)! She immediately took me home where I have lived since. I am the trouble-maker of the house (I just can't help it!). I LOVE stealing Mommy's socks and clothes without her seeing. She finally gave me my own sock that I love! I also love tearing up paper. I don't eat it, I just shred it. I also LOVE running inside and outside. For such a small pup, I can really get going. I love all weather...snow, rain, sunshine. I bound around like a bunny (which is my middle name). Well, that's all for now!
