My family here is great. I'm very well cared for and I enjoy playing with Chester. However, I know my humans wants kids soon and I think I'd be happier in a home without little ones. I really want to be a princess. I'm a great lap dog and I love to be petted!!! I'm also adventurous. I love to swim and go to the beach. I'm trained, up to date on my shots, spayed... I get along with kids and most dogs. I don't want to sound conceited, but I'm super sweet, cuddly and playful.
I was adopted from an American shelter in Okinawa, Japan. My family doesn't know that details, but I've had a rough past. Even though I was mistreated, I've recovered. Not too often, but occasionally I pee a little if I'm too excited or scared. If you want me to, I'll wear a doggie diaper...I can make anything look good! I've never been trained to be off the leash, only because Chester runs away! I'm eager to please and I show potential for being taught. I know basic commands. I'm fully housebroken and kennel trained.
I've been with my family for 3+ years now. I love them just as much as they love me... a WHOLE LOT!! They'd be sad to see me go, but will do it the perfect situation came along. I won't be abandoned if you don't adopt me, but call if you're the family I belong with. My dream mommy is a little older without small kids or other pets. Someone that will take me on walks and adventures, but also likes to snuggle and pet me. Call so we can meet. 850-252-2151 (Monica)

Both pools were fun, but I couldn't "swim" in the little pool. Either one, though, I can splash a lot!! HA HA. Dad thought staying out of the pool would keep him dry. Boy, was he wrong. I heard there's another pet plunge on Kadena OCT. 7th. I hope we go again. We meet a lot of nice dogs, and I hope we meet more! Last on in is a 'fraidy cat! (That's usually Chester!)

Berkley left today, which was a day earlier than mom thought. Don't tell Chester, but I kind of liked him. Chesther didn't like him much and the growled at each other a lot, so I had to stick up for Chester, but outside, when I was alone with Berkley add no one was watching....we played. He's very big, but super sweet and funny. I'm going to miss him, but if Chester asks..."Good riddance!" Besides, he did take up too much attention from Mom and Dad and Chester and I'm not used to that. A princess should be the center of attention, Right? Plus, our bed it too small for the humans, let alone sharing with another dog.
Puppy kisses to you all!
