Milly is eyeing the competition.

Much like cell phones and computers, dogs just seem to be getting smaller and smaller!

Remember how we said super survivor Beyonce was the world's tiniest dog? Well, she might just have some big competition from the incredibly small Milly!

Milly is a three-month-old Chihuahua from Puerto Rico who weighs less than a glass of water and stands a tiny three-inches-tall. When she was born, Milly was too small to nurse from her mama, so she was handfed ... with an eyedropper!

Hold me closer, Tiny Dogster....

The current title holder for World's Smallest Dog is a Chihuahua from Kentucky named Boo Boo - but for how much longer? According to a representative from the Guinness Book of World Records, an animal must reach full maturity to be considered for World's Smallest, which means that Beyonce and Milly will have to wait until they are a year old to get sized up.

Who do you think will end up the World's Smallest Dog?
