Totally depends on the dog's own personalities. If your other dogs are pushy jerks, then no. :)

Have your current dogs meet the dog you want to adopt in a neutral place (like a park), take them for a walk (on-leash) together. Don't allow close sniffing (face or butt) right away. If all goes well with no signs of fear or aggression from either dog, graduate to letting them play together off-leash (still in a neutral area) before you decide if it's a good fit.

If it's a young puppy, look at the temperament of the parents, especially the mother- if they're aggressive and hate other dogs, likely the puppies will be too.
