Not really, but you can give him a bath every 2 weeks. That will reduce the dander, which is probably what you're allergic to. Good Luck!

Putting a shirt on the dog would not do enough to make a difference in your allergies to the dog. The best thing you may do it is find something for you to control your allergies. Some kind of medicine may help you.
