On the My Account button, click and open it. Chose #3 and open. Then open choice #4 to see if you are accepting new pals. That might have somehow gotten changed. Now if you are talking about "family" then the other poster is probably right. You have a big family and Dogster probably has a limit of how many you can add. Can some of your friends create their own accounts and you could take off those pets from your account?

Try deleting some furiends you never talk to and see if it works.
