Why is My shih tzu stomach making noises?
She's not throwing up or anything. I knw she likes to hang out in the yard in the mornings b4 I go to work and when I come back. She likes to play with the dirt and stuff I hope its not worms or anything cuz she likes to chew on EVERYTHING!!When I came home from work 2day she peed and came right back inside and didnt want to eat her food.Shes playin and acting very normal (except the not eating part) I'm worried and I dont like hearing those noises in her stomach as a matter of fact, its so loud, that she BARKS at her own noises... HELP!!!

She could have an upset tummy from eating dirt of other things from the backyard. As long as you don't use poison or pesticides back there, it shouldn't be anything horribly harmful.
If she's not acting any differently than normal, it could be a mild tummy ache, even with those loud noises, that is causing her to refuse her food.
However, if she's not better tomorrow, it would be best to consult your vet and make sure she's okay. It could be anything from a simple tummy ache to something more serious. While it's more LIKELY she's got something minor, you want to make sure you don't let it progress just on the off chance it is something more serious.
