Could be one of several things, some of them serious. This is not something you can safely wait for random people online to answer. Please take your dog to the vet. At the very least call them up. Good luck.

Hector

vomiting is usually not a problem, but the shaking and not eating added to it, tells me your dog is very sick.

If this were happening to any of my dogs, I would be calling the after hours emergency number provided by my vet. If there was no emergency number, then I would be taking them to the closest vet emergency care center.

This sounds really bad.

I hope it works out for your dog.

ecoli and other bacterial infections will make a dog sick like that.

Bam-Bam, CGC

Vomitting white foam is usually a sign of distress, particularly bloat. Call your vet ASAP. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, just call your vet!

Kayak

That's a question you should be asking your vet right away.
