Why is my dog eating at 10:00 at night??
My dog used to always eat when she was supposed to but now she waits until like 10:00 at night, she also won't eat when someones in the same room, someone messaged me saying that they think I mistreat my dog, when I think she's waay too spoiled, she sleeps on my bed with me, sits outside on a chair, gets treats, sleeps on my shoulder, I take her outside for a walk at one in the morning if she's thirsty, why won't she eat? :(

It might be its so hot my dogs are eating early in the morning or late at night.

My dogs eat when I feed them. If they don't, I pick it up until the next meal time. I only had to do that about twice before they learned to eat it when I gave it to them and not when they wanted to eat.

Dogs, as well as many other mammals, tend to avoid eating when it's hot-- particularly in the Summer, because metabolizing food causes their bodies to heat up. They'll probably leave their food until nighttime when they're ready to go to sleep, because all bodily functions (with the exception of neurological function) slow down and their internal temperature drops by a few degrees. I think that eating away from humans is a behavioral thing; if a human's not there, he/she can't take the food away.
