Why is my 2 and a half year old Silky peeing inside the house all of the sudden?

I have two silky terriers, one is 3 years old and the other 2 and a half years, that have been here since they were puppies. All of the sudden, the younger one, a female, is peeing all over the house even though she's been house broken up until now. Why has she started doing this all of the sudden? And how do I stop it?
