Hi! She might be bored- try to give her some chew toys or play with her, when you go out, I recommend using a crate or placing her in a room where she can't chew anything. It helped with my dog. Hope it helps!

Your shepherd is a rebellious teenager right now. Gsds don't mature until 2 or 3 yrs old. If she is crate trained then use that when you can't watch her or go out. Kongs filled with frozen treats like peanut butter or kibble & water can keep her occupied & chewing on the right stuff. Make sure she has lots of appropriate chew toys & praise her for chewing on them.
A good long walk twice a day, coupled with training sessions, will tire her out. Does she like to fetch? or frisbee? Weave around trees & lightposts, change direction...anything to keep the dog mentally & physically stimulated. A tired dog is a happy dog is a well behaved dog!
