why does my neighbours dog always pee a little when he sees me, and he only does this with me
HI,
Me and my neighbor would like to know why her 2yr old boxer ALWAYS pees a little bit when he first sees me, we understand that maybe yes he is a little excited but he only does this with me?
Why is that?
Thanks,
Brooke

Sounds kind of like submissive peeing to me. For some reason he may feel that you are someone he must submit to and peeing is a sign for dogs of almost saying "Do not hurt me" or "I understand you are the alpha'. You could also be right about the being excited part to, a lot of young dogs will do this. The dog should grow out of this in time as he gets more confidence with themselves.
