Why does my dog Mia have two seperate updated profiles? One has a Dogster ID #284574 & the other Dogster ID #284584.

I updated Mia's profile on 9-27-08. I added photos
which initially were added to her profile but now on 9-28 are missing. I also updated stars, bones, her likes, pet peeves, & favorite toy, food, place to walk. Somehow 2 updated profiles were created with different info. One has a Dogster ID #284574 & the other is Dogster ID #284584. Now everything has her name printed twice. Can you help me fix this mixed up situation? Thank you.
