Why can't my 5 month old Yorkie eat food without puking it back up immediately?

My 5 month old yorkie-completely healthy and normal-got choked on a dog treat three days ago. He hacked and coughed and gagged and finally puked it up-I think all of it. Since then he will not eat and is lethargic. I took him to the vet yesterday and he said that Max had an infection of some sort and gave him ammoxicillan. 5 hours later I was out of state and had to take him to another vet because he was only getting worse. She actually ran blood tests and everything came back ok. They have no idea what's wrong with him but if he eats anything-medicine, food, ect., it comes back up in a matter of seconds. I want to take him back to the vet tomorrow but I don't know anything else they will do for him. Can anyone help?

Did they look in his throat? He may have a piece still stuck in there. Good Luck!

Your vet may be the best to see about this. It is really hard to say without seeing the dog. But I wish you good luck and i hope all turns out fine. please keep us posted.
