Who do I report a rescue to, who has dogs with Parvo?

Where do you report a rescue group with parvo conditions?

Why would you report a group who takes in dogs no one else will?...I am sure that they are doing the best they can...Why don't you offer to donate money for vet care rather than be counterproductive?

Rescue groups often have parvo outbreaks and other infectious disease outbreaks... how would you expect them NOT to when so many people give up unvaccinated and/or sick dogs.
Instead of "reporting" them why not offer to help them out??? I am sure they could use an extra hand cleaning or transporting, or especially a financial donation to help them pay for veterinary costs?????

I agree with the other posters. Why would you want to report tham to anyone? Many shelters and rescue groups routinely take in animals with parvo, then work to eradicate it from the pets before adopting them out. It is very expensive for them and, frankly, I think
they're heros for doing it rather than having the animals destroyed.

Rescue groups and animals shelters have to deal with parvo because there are so many irresponsible animal owners who don't get their pets innoculated or treated.

Now if those rescue groups were dealing with parvo infected pets and NOT getting the animals treatment, or they were adopting them out KNOWING they were infected, and not telling new owners, then that's a different story. However, I doubt it that is the case.
