When my puppy comes across another dog during a walk, she constantly barks and i have to tug at her to keep walking.

No matter what, ANY dog that she sees, she barks at. Not aggressively. But over excited. How can i help control it ?

I would take her to training classes. That will help with the socialization. Good Luck!

Two ideas:

1. Dog Parks - socializing your dog with other dogs makes seeing unfamiliar dogs less of a "big deal" to them. The more socialized your dog is, the better your dog's behavior will be around new dogs they haven't met.

2. Bike Leash - My wife and I bought a bike leash, which attaches to the underside of your bike seat, and you can ride your bike while your dog runs along side of you. When your dog sees another dog, they're likely to ignore the other dog because their attention is so strongly focused on keeping perfectly coordinated with the bike.
