When is the right time to add a play mate?

I think that Chloe' may have a little bit of separation anxiety. She has to be right by my side or within eye sight. If not she goes crazy. CoCo's breeder will have puppies available soon. I was wondering if getting her a sibling to hang out with will eliminate some of her anxiety. Whay is a good age to do this? She is two months old.
