when does a puppy reach its full size

I have a chihuahua puppy she is 7 weeks old and weighs in at 1 lb 1 oz. I would like to know about when she will stop growing. 3 months, 6 months or what

Can't answer, but just wanted to inform you that if this dog came from a breeder you can bet your boots it was a bad one. Good breeders never allow you to take a dog home earlier than 8 weeks.

In terms of height, most small-breed dogs are considered to be fully grown around 7 to 8 months of age, and large breed dogs around 1 year of age.

However, in terms of size, most dogs "fill in" between one and three years of age. If you are going by weight, also bear in mind that a fat dog will be much heavier than a skinny dog ...
