First thing to do, give her somewhere else she can lie down that's soft and cozy, a nice dog bed. Put it where she can see you, not in some remote corner she won't want to hang out in. Assuming she knows "Come" and "Down", call her and tell her to lie down on it. Praise her and give her a little tasty treat for complying. Do this many times until she happily runs to it and lies down with barely a gesture. Then add the "Go to your bed" command.

Once this is well-established, you can tackle the couch issue. When you see her about to get on it, give her a mild verbal correction ("No" or "Uh-uh") to stop her, and then tell her to go to her bed. Praise and reward as before. Basically, you're trying to establish an alternative behavior to replace getting on the couch. Make the bed really enticing, the couch less so.

When you're not around, don't give her free access to the couch- keep her in another room or kenneled, or pile uncomfortable stuff on the couch so she can't get on it.

We had a new couch and we also wanted to keep the dogs off of it, so we bought one for the dogs to sleep on at a garage sale and they stayed off the good one
