Consult with a vet ASAP. Be prepaired to go to an eye specialist, since eyes are very complex and general vet school does not even begin to cover all the issues and treatments eyes can have and need.

Cloudy eyes do not automatically mean blindness, although they can. Similarly, not all eye diseases are chronic, although they can be - especially if untreated. She may be going blind, but she may also be ok with medication and/or corrective surgery.

We had a pet go blind. The dog lived long after this. You just have to be a bit more careful when you let them out. But they have a sence and could still get around the house. She would run into things once in awhile but she learned to use her nose more to help her get around. I do wish you the best of luck.
