what kind of dog do i look like?

purple tongue-weighs about 25lbs very energetic jumps constantly. likes to chase n eat furry little creatures. looks like german shepard but too small

Blue tongue would be Chow Chow and the wide face seems Chow to me too. Something small with short hair as well, Australian Cattle dog?

Hard to tell from the photo, but your dog's tongue appears to be solid blue... in addition to the Chow, the Shar-pei also has a solid blue tongue, but I sure don't see Shar- pei in your dog.
BTW - lots of dogs, mutts and purebred, have blue SPOTS on the tongue - it's excessive pigmentation - like freckles on humans.

There are several dogs with blue/black tongues, all from Asia.
In addition to Chow and Shar Pei, there is the Kai and Ainu
The Kai is 35 to 40 pounds and looks a bit like a Shiba Inu. The Ainu is a liitle larger, up to 65 pounds.
May be mixed with a Miniature Pinscher. Min pins love to hop and chase small game.
