What is wrong with my dog? She is wheezing, hacking and making terrible noises.. Help!

My dog has been hacking all day, and I assumed it was just grass, but when I came home I saw that she threw up a few times, it was white colored. She is shaking, wheezing, hacking and looks so uncomfortable, she doesn't even have her eyes open and just lays there hacking. I'm extremely concerned especially because I am not able to take her to a vet because it is to late. Please any suggestions??

This is a case for an emergency vet clinic. she may have been poisoned, or a shard of something sharp may be caught in her airway, or any number of things.PLEASE find an emergency vet & get her in ASAP! This is a serious situation.
