What is the Maximum density of piroxicam for dosage (cancer)?

My 18 year old dog is administering piroxicam for cancer .
The density of the medicine was 0.3mg/kg 2 years ago , but now she reduced weight and the density is close to 0.6mg/kg .
What is the Maximum density of piroxicam for dosage (cancer)?
I'm worried because she looks overdosed.
