Well theres a few recipes you can try. But when I was 5 weeks old I was given a diet of Lactol milk (remember dogs are lactose intolerant) mixed with wet puppy food. You use Pedigree puppy food (the wet variety not dry) mush it up and mix it with the milk (not so it drenched in it but not so its dry) and feed the puppy with that. Failing that, if you use goats milk or lactose free milk you can mix that up with weetabix and dry dog food . This helps to get them onto solids. Hope this helps

Five weeks is really way way too young for her to be away from her mother and littermates. It's actually illegal in most states for a breeder to send a dog home at younger than 8 weeks of age. Please consult your vet, as this is a very small breed dog who is very very young still and may have special nutritional needs.

5 weeks old??? UGH! Whatever breeder she came from was horrible! No good breeder lets any of their dogs, without exception, go to their new homes before the age of 8 weeks old. You can see our page to learn more about good, reputable breeders.
She should actually still be on her mother's milk, with some wet food.
